Introduction to Storyboarding Shot Sizes /Camera Angles

We created a storyboard that defines the action/description lines and illustrates simple drawings on a hard copy worksheet provided to represent each of the above key concepts, following the guidelines below. For this assignment we recognized 16 concepts associated with the camera framing and camera compositions categories . We defined each concept and two significant to their application . Research movies that utilized the 16 camera techniques to create meaning . Camera frame is a frame that still images . Camera Shot is a series of frames that runs for an uninterrupted period of time . Camera angle is the camera angle marks the specific location at which the movie camera is placed to take a shot . A film making technique that causes a change in frame or perspective through the movement of the camera .


This assignment i learned about film making a shot list is the director plan for every shot in a scene or sequence of shots . It lists the shots needed to complete your video .it serves as  blueprint for what you need to film in order to have an effective video . The arts and craft of making motion pictures by capturing a story visually with a camera and light . Composition refers to the way elements of a scene are arranged in a camera frame . A sequence is a series of scenes that form a distinct narrative unit.
